Use will for simple future predictions, decisions made at the moment of speaking, promises, and offers. Use shall mainly with I/we for offers and suggestions.
Form and rules
Use will + base verb with every subject: I will go, she will go, they will go.
The common contraction is 'll: I'll, she'll, we'll. The negative is will not/won't.
Use will for predictions based on what you think or believe: I think it will be busy.
Use will for an instant decision, promise, or offer: I'll answer the phone. I'll help you.
Use Shall I...? to offer to do something and Shall we...? to make a suggestion.
